This is a SPOILER image for chapter 287 of bleach.
As much as I love Szyael.. his outfit looks like he went on a rampage through out Hueco Mundo because he couldn't hit a THRIFT store.
So yeah.. He's totally cosplaying from 300, but he's self conscious about his body.
Renji and Ishida didn't like it XD
All the characters in this comic are (c) to Kubo Tite
