Well I hadn't expected everyone to accept this Fan OC so easily in my previous entry involving the fall of Berlin. Since people were asking about him, I decided to do a color chibi of him to show everyone.

[link]Anyway, with Hetalia I always thought it would be cute to characterize the capitals as well. Since they're just about as interesting as the countries themselves.
As you can tell, he's got alot of subtle hints. But anyway! If anyone else has had this idea, or think it's a good idea, I'd love to see what other Capitals people can come up with!
