He gave up after zooming in himself to snooze. He was about four months here.

This is Makoto, our 9 month old pug. He is a friendly, energetic, and chatty puppy. His favorite activities include licking toes, playing tug-o-war, and socializing with the people and animals in his neighborhood. As his parents, we would love nothing better than to see him continue to do the things he loves (save eating anything he can from off the ground), however, a spinal deformity is threatening his ability to walk and may lead to more severe issues in the future. As we wait to see what, if anything, doctors can do for him, the cost of appointments, travel, medicine, and procedures are adding up quickly within the weeks after his diagnosis. There are more to be born in the weeks and months ahead.
Despite the difficulties that have arisen and those that lay ahead, Makoto remains as playful and loving as ever. He reminds us daily that life is more than just the sum of its problems.
We are reaching out for help to Makoto's community and beyond, from those he has personally barraged with puppy kisses to the random passer-by with a few moments to read these words. Any donation you are able to give today will go towards our puppy's medical cost and follow up care.
We're waiting to hear back from the Neurologist now to see if surgery is something we can go on with. It's pretty extreme but I've read cases on where it's been worse. I hope your pug recovered from her surgery!
