Well I've never done a story line in the 1960's before, and since I know my mother liked 60's music, I made her a cd cover for all these mix cd's I made. I have yet to color it, and I think I'll rework the general design once I have more time. I just wanted to get this done before the 10th rolled up.

The top two characters are old characters of mine, Cho and Rourin, and the bottom characters are Tadami and Kumo again (who are

's ) . The design patterning was inspired from Mesopotamian stone etchings.

Were you going for a Mesopotamian Or 60's design?

I honestly can't say anything negative about how they look, they do look very nice, however if it was a 60's look you were going for, I don't think you hit it. Maybe with color it would look more what I would expect out of something from the 60's but as they stand now they look more asian than anything else.
Anywho I'll shut my pie hole now.

The characters are Asian, but yeah- I need to tweak it. The Mesopotamian accents were there for a symbolic reason.

I think this is a pretty solid crit. The color scheme would be a good route to go for adding the 60's vibe.

If not, I suggest softening the Mesopotamian elements with a little Peter Max. So cliche but I love it so.

I like the Mesopotamian accents, but the lines of popular 60's were less semetric.
